An inbox that sorts itself
Booking requests, complaints, job applications and supplier emails all land in one inbox, and the urgent ones wait behind the rest.

A busy shared inbox mixes everything: new bookings, changes, cancellations, lost property, complaints, CCTV requests from the police, CVs and supplier emails.
Someone has to read each one, work out who it is for and pass it on. The complaint that needed an answer today sits behind fifty routine emails.
- The email sorter reads every message as it arrives and puts it into the right category, with a short summary and a suggested next step.
- Routing rules send each category to the right person for that venue or department: the general manager, accounts or the site team.
- Emails that need a person, such as a complaint, are flagged for review so nothing sensitive slips through.
- A dashboard shows every email by category and whether it has been actioned, is waiting for review or has been flagged.

Every venue inbox is read and sorted into 12 categories, from new bookings and amendments to lost property, CCTV requests and job applications, then routed to that venue's general manager, accounts or site inbox. The finance inbox has its own agent that picks invoices out from everything else.

Quote requests go out from the estimating team's shared mailbox, and the aftercare team's overnight calls arrive as one summary email every morning.
