This policy explains how KwickBlocks looks after your information when you visit kwickblocks.ai. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@kwickblocks.com and we will explain.
Who we are
KwickBlocks is a UK software company. For anything on this site, we are the people responsible for your information (the data controller). You can reach us at contact@kwickblocks.com.
What we collect
This is a marketing site. It has no sign-up or login, so we do not ask you to hand over personal details to browse it. Two things still happen:
- If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
- When a page loads, our web host and the font service (Google Fonts) receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which is needed to send the page to your device.
- Site analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, your approximate location, device and browser type, the campaign or link that brought you here, and whether you use actions like "Let's Chat" or book a call. We use this to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
The only measurement we run is Google Analytics 4, and its cookies are set only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply never answer, no analytics cookies are stored on your device. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser — the banner will then ask again on your next visit. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you.
Links to other sites
This site points to our product sites (such as Lucy) and to kwickblocks.com. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@kwickblocks.com and we will help. If you are not happy with how we have handled things, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
